You settle down and breathe a sigh of relief; your registration for the Music for All Summer Symposium is complete and paid for, and you’ve just saved the date in your calendar. At this point, you just can’t wait to get to camp. But then you start thinking, how will I get to camp?

If this sounds like you, don’t worry. Music for All is way ahead when it comes to planning for camp. If you are a resident of Indiana, transportation might not be your biggest concern, but if any questions do arise, please see our driving instruction guide. For those of you traveling out of state and dealing with airplanes, the thought alone of scheduling flights might seem daunting. To relieve some stress of traveling such a distance, Music for All is providing a shuttle service for participants of the Summer Symposium. This shuttle will run directly from the Indianapolis International Airport to Ball State University, located approximately 90-minutes away from the city of Muncie. If you are arriving by plane, there are a few things on your end that need to be completed to secure your spot on the shuttle:

1. Confirm your travel plans/flight schedules
2. Complete the shuttle reservation form found on our website

Step one alone might seem overwhelming, but that’s why we’re always here to help! To make sure you catch the shuttle and arrive at camp on time, here are the following times we recommend to schedule your arrival and departure flights:

Leadership Weekend Campers

Arrive:
· Friday, June 23 between 1:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
· Saturday, June 24 between 8 a.m.-10 a.m.

Depart:
· Monday, June 26 after lunch (approximately noon)

Full Week Campers

Arrive:
· Sunday, June 25 between noon-8 p.m.
· Monday, June 26 between 8:30 a.m.-10 a.m.

Depart:
· Saturday, July 1 after 6:30 p.m.
· Sunday, July 2 between 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

If there is no possibility of securing a flight within these times, please schedule a time closest to these, and we will still find a way to make sure you have shuttle transportation to camp.

If you are traveling from out of state via bus or train, that’s perfectly fine! Just know, there is no train station in Muncie, but there is the Miller Trailways Bus Station. If you plan on arriving at this bus station, our shuttles can still pick you up! Just make a note of this on your shuttle reservation form, and plan on booking this additional segment if you are traveling out of Indianapolis.

Also, if you haven’t already, please note these important dates and times:
