If you are in the marching band world then you most likely know Director’s Showcase International or better known as DSI. Drum Corps such as Carolina Crown, Blue Knights, The Cavaliers, Phantom Regiment, and many more use DSI products. DSI is a Music for All sponsor and we love their support throughout the year but especially during camp. They are the official sponsor of the color guard division for camp which makes their visit to the Quad today that much better.
Christmas in June came this morning as our elite color guard track were given brand new rifles. This select group of students auditioned on Monday morning and were accepted into the elite track.
They weren’t the only ones who received gifts from Santa Claus as our friends at DSI came back later in the afternoon. They came back with rifles and t-shirts for our all of our new CGIA instructors. The entire color guard division received DSI t-shirts and a red show flag that they will use at their closing performance. Don’t they look great in that California Blue?
We are so grateful for DSI’s support and their generosity to our campers. The DSI team also left various products for the color guard staff to give out as rewards for campers throughout the week. This makes their time at the MFA Summer Symposium that much more special. Thank you DSI!
