College students – music education majors and percussion and color guard instructors – can attend the Directors’ Academy at a deep discount. For Collegiates, the Music for All Summer Symposium provides deep instruction in the many areas of band directing that are covered in your formal degree program, as well as those you’ll experience in your first teaching position.
Get connected with the leading names and master teachers who have pioneered what band is today, and are continuing to lead the way. Network with more than 100 faculty who are accessible and ready to talk to you about your future and answer your questions. In addition to the classes, concerts and events, you’ll be part of the daily faculty/directors lunches and evening receptions (21 years and older to be served alcohol). You can also play in the Directors’ Concert or Jazz Band. Enhance your education and training with the best in the business!

What Should Your Child Bring?
June weather in Indiana is often unpredictable. Historical averages for this area range from 60°F-90°F and often include high humidity. Please keep that in mind when packing for camp.
Staying in Touch with your Student
The Music for All Headquarters staff is unable to receive and deliver messages to students by phone, unless an emergency requires immediately delivery. If you wish to speak with your child during the week, plan your calling schedule before your child leaves home.
Supervision and Health Info
Your child’s safety is our utmost priority. While at camp, your child is required to attend all classes, meals, concerts, and nightly floor meetings, where attendance is taken.
