Director Academy Concert Band

Thank you for joining us for the Music for All Summer Symposium! This form will be used to verify your participation in the Director Academy Concert Band and to secure a loaner instrument if needed. We ask that you fill this form out to ensure that we can accommodate everyone’s needs. Instruments will be available at your first ensemble rehearsal.

If you plan on borrowing an instrument, we recommend you bring your own personal instrument accessories (mouthpiece, reeds, etc.). Most borrowed instruments will be brand new and may come with some general accessories but may not have everything you are accustomed to using.
