Erin England

Dancer, musician, guard performer and educator, Erin has a lifelong involvement and love for all the arts. While studying at the University of Georgia and performing with the Redcoat Band, she was introduced to competitive pageantry arts, specifically winter guard. She went on to perform with The Study in 2004, Ad Astra per Aspera in 2005, Phantom Regiment Winter Guard in 2007, Pride of Cincinnati in 2008, and Northeast Independent in 2010. Erin began marching drum corps in 2004, completing four seasons with Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps.

Erin is in her fourth year as the Artistic Director for the Georgia State University Colorguard and Winterguard programs, having joined the program in 2013. She is ecstatic about the program’s on-going success as Independent A Class Champions in 2014, their performance at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade in 2015, their top 5 Independent A Class finish in 2018 and most recently their Independent Open Class finalist finish in 2019.  

In her 12 years living in Atlanta, GA she has taught movement to numerous high school and independent programs in the Atlanta area and across the nation including MillCreek High School, McEachern High School, Brookwood High School, East Coweta High School and the Paramount Winterguard organization.

 

Erin is currently the Caption Manager for Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps, having served as a movement instructor in prior seasons.
