As a thank you to the Muncie community for welcoming Music for All and its campers, faculty, and families to the area each June we are pleased to extend FREE balcony seating tickets to Muncie Community members for the Summer Symposium evening concert series at Emens Auditorium and the Brown Family Aphitheater.

The YYPA program recognizes outstanding young musicians from the world of classical, jazz, and contemporary music. Winners of the competition perform in concert at the Summer Symposium, with guest Yamaha Performing Artists.

An unequivocal musical prodigy, singer-saxophonist-songwriter-composer and band leader Grace Kelly has rocked the jazz world with sold-out concerts, 14 acclaimed albums and a resume that includes performing at the Hollywood Bowl as well as being part of the house band for “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” – all before reaching her mid-twenties.

A cappella sensation Voctave has had over 160 million social media views of their videos, and their albums frequently debut in the top 10 on the Billboard and iTunes charts. Formed in 2015 by producer and arranger Jamey Ray, the voices that bring their arrangements to life represent a wealth of diverse backgrounds and musical experiences. Hailing from Central Florida, the 11 members of Voctave have performed across the globe and appear on countless recordings. The group has performed with GRAMMY, Dove and American Music Award recipients including Sandi Patty, Pentatonix’s Kirstin Maldonado, Mark Lowry, David Phelps, and Jody McBrayer. Voctave’s ten albums are digitally available on all platforms.

Known as America’s Big Band, the Jazz Ambassadors are the premier touring jazz orchestra of the United States Army. Formed in 1969, this 19-piece ensemble has received critical acclaim throughout the United States and abroad, performing America’s original art form, jazz.
