Why Program-Sponsored Registration (formerly known as “TBA”)?

If your school would like to pay for students to attend the Bands of America Summer Camp or reserve spots for drum majors or other students who will not be determined until a later date.

Streamline the registration process for students supported by your band program. Use this form to prepay all or part of their tuition and provide them with a discount code to complete their registration later.

How the Program-Sponsored Registration Process Works

After you complete this form, we will send you sponsorship codes for each student to claim school funds and a discount code for them to receive $150 off their registration. Please note that codes and instructions will not be distributed until May 2025.

Note: Even if you use this process, registration needs to be completed by the attendee (and usually their parent). Directors and instructors should not register any students through UltraCamp.
