Scholarships are available to students attending the 2023 Summer Symposium.
Note for band directors about TBA Registrations: You can reserve spots and pay in advance for “Pre-Registered” students. For example, you may choose to register and pay for your school’s drum major(s) to attend the Drum Major Institute before your drum major auditions have concluded. However, you must provide names for these Pre-Registered spots (TBA Registrations) by June 1 or a $20 change fee per application will apply.

Supervision is available beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday (June 27) for full-week campers, and 6:00 p.m., Friday (June 25) for Leadership Weekend for students who select to add an “extra night” on their registration.
Students who attend Leadership Weekend + Full Week of camp do not need to attend Monday morning full-week registration. They only need to attend the Saturday morning Leadership Weekend Registration.
Before June 1
Music for All will retain $250 as a non-refundable deposit portion of the registration fee and will refund the balance paid.
After June 1
Music for All will retain 100% of the registration fee – no refunds.
After June 1
$75 late registration fee applies if an applicant registers or pays after June 1
Change fees will be applied if any of the following changes are made to an existing registration after June 1
Your housing fee is based on the price of a double room in a BSU residence hall. Upgrades to a single room or hotel accommodations are available for adult campers at an additional cost. Upgrades are not available for students.
Bring your students and save! Receive $30 off your registration fee for each of your students who attends a student division at the Music for All Summer Symposium.
Full-week meals for campers begin with dinner on Monday and end with breakfast on Saturday.
Leadership meals begin with dinner on Saturday and end with lunch on Monday.

The Music for All Summer Symposium will take place at Ball State University, located in East Central Indiana.

To fill out the Air Travel Information Form, please log into your UltraCamp account. Then click on your student’s name, click to expand My Forms, and click Complete a New Form.
Select the Air Travel Information Form that applies to your shuttle reservation, fill it out completely, and hit submit.

For participants arriving the night before the Leadership Weekend begins. Includes Friday night double room in residence hall and meals beginning with dinner Friday, June 23 through lunch Saturday, June 24.
Sunday, June 25, 2023: Residential – $90
For participants arriving the night before the Full Week Symposium begins. Includes Sunday night double room in residence hall and meals beginning with dinner Sunday, June 25 through lunch Monday, June 26.
** After June 1 a fee of $20 applies to all housing changes
*** After June 1 any new registrations will be assessed a $75 late fee
****No accommodations can be made for extra nights AFTER the end of camp
Departing camp early requires the completion of the Early Departure Form before arriving on campus.
